Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically savvy management analyst to join our mining operations team. You’ll be responsible for monitoring and optimizing the performance of mining hardware, coordinating technical support, and analyzing operational metrics across our mining sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor daily mining facility operations, including hardware uptime, power usage, and site environment.
* Analyze operational data to enhance mining efficiency and reduce system downtime.
* Coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting of ASIC and GPU-based hardware.
* Assist with upgrades, relocations, and infrastructure planning.
* Track KPIs, generate reports, and maintain incident documentation.
* Collaborate with field technicians, engineers, and external vendors.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
* Hands-on knowledge of crypto mining infrastructure preferred.
* Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or Python.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Bilingual ability (English/Chinese) is a plus.

Position Summary
We are hiring a compliance officer to help manage our legal, compliance, and regulatory needs as we scale rapidly in a complex and evolving industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated legal professional with interest in fintech, blockchain, and cross-border business operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Support day-to-day legal and compliance matters across departments.
* Draft, review, and maintain corporate agreements, policies, and procedures.
* Coordinate with external counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.
* Monitor legal risks, assist in dispute resolution and contract negotiation.
* Help ensure our mining operations comply with all relevant U.S. laws and local regulations.
* Foster strong relationships with governmental and external partners.
Qualifications
* LL.M. or J.D. degree (U.S. law school strongly preferred).
* Prior experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
* Knowledge of digital asset, tech, or compliance frameworks a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with high integrity and discretion.
